Position: Laborer
Employee Will
Lift, pull, and carry up to 150 lbs.
Stand for extended periods and withstand all weather conditions
Operate equipment including, but not limited to the following:
Gas lawn trimmer, all lawn mowers, backpack gas blower, and chainsaw
Have a valid Class C GA driver's license
Read a tape measure and make accurate cuts using a saw
Thoroughly clean an entire residence, including but not limited to the following:
Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing tubs and toilets, and removing debris and hazardous materials
Boarding windows and doors
Change locks
Make minor repairs
Remove vehicles
Winterize
Have no criminal record or be on probation of any type
